    The eastern shore is more third world than most 3rd world countries. There are areas of wicomico county where there is no internet service.

    WHAT? I didnt know there was a public place where you can get free books and learn another language all in the same place? I thought you could only get Glocks, I mean our communities are flooded with them apparently.
