The New Cecil County States Attorney Vehicle Just Spotted On The New Jersey Turnpike

This jerk chicken wiener was spotted cruising at 70 mph moments ago by a viewer. It is unknown at this time if the states attorney was actually behind the wheel as the windows were just too tinted, isn't that a first, or finally convenient.

    The last time he was pulled over for going 70 the cop said,
    "If you are going to drive that fast you have to have your flashers on."
    So he called Edward Rollins.
