Poll: Sanders Supporters Won't Back Clinton

Nearly half of Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders supporters said they can’t vote for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in the general election.

According to a Bloomberg poll, 40 percent of respondents said they would not vote for former Secretary of State Clinton. Twenty-two percent are supporting Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and 18 percent are supporting Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson. Five percent said they didn’t know or didn’t have an opinion.

“I’m a registered Democrat, but I can’t bring myself to vote for another establishment politician like Hillary.” Laura Ames, a Sanders supporter from Beeville, Texas, said. “I don’t agree with a lot of what Trump says, but he won’t owe anybody. What you see is what you get.”

  1. Its weird to see Bernie say he is going to vote for Hillary. It makes you realize how fake people really are. He goes on debates and t.v. interviews about how bad she is and yet he is going to vote for her.

  2. Bernie is just another opportunist Commie. He and Hildabeast are just two sides of the same coin.

  3. Dave T: Kudos to the Sanders fans for not supporting the establishment. Clinton elected as president would mean the death of this nation as we know it.
