WILLIAM NEAL DUDLEY CONVICTED OF SEX ABUSE OF A MINOR AND RELATED OFFENSES SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS IN D.O.C.

On April 15, 2016, the Honorable W. Newton Jackson sentenced William Neal Dudley, age 31, to 15 years in the Division of Corrections for Sex Abuse of a Minor and related charges. Dudley will also be required to register for life as a Tier III sex offender.

Dudley was found guilty on January 5, 2016 following a jury trial. He was convicted of Sex Abuse of a Minor and Second Degree Assault. His victim was a four-year old child.

Wicomico County State’s Attorney Matthew A. Maciarello commended the members of the Child Advocacy Center, along with lead investigator Detective Ed Fissel of the Salisbury Police Department, for their work in the investigation and prosecution of this case. Mr. Maciarello also thanked Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Karen M. Dean, who prosecuted the case.

  4. The CAC does great work they arrest over 50 offenders a year. They do not do press very often to protect the victim's identity. Awesome team. In it for the right reasons.

    Detective "Wood Stacker" Fissel did a great job.

  6. Wanna know something bad. He got a woman pregnant she had a little daughter and knew what type of guy he was and got pregnant by him. Makes me sick!
