Fine, But What's The Charge If A 1st Responder Assaults A Citizen?

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has signed a bill into law that makes assaulting a firefighter, EMT, paramedic, or any other first responder a FELONY offense.

    Always protecting people who abuse their powers such as cops, because I don't see EMT's or Firefighters shooting or beating on people...

    I see this becoming a problem. Because of some medical conditions people become combative. Diabetics can become combative and so can people that are given narcan.

      He is a fat cuss whom couldn't fill out an application to be a firefighter. He needs to start hating on himself instead of the ones who will save his disgusting self one day. But let him show his ignorance. Coward won't show his name. Lol. Probably can't spell it.

    1.Can you list examples of when first responders attacked patients? Years ago a SBY Paramedic was charged with something like this. Other examples?

      How about sexual assaults? Some cops and a firefighter were charged and jailed over one loose goose.
