Tingle, Joseph
Incident: Flee and Elude
Date of Incident: 27 December 2015
Location: Beaglin Park Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Joseph Lamar Tingle, 31, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 27 December 2015 at 10:47 AM a deputy observed a subject later identified as Joseph Tingle, operating an off road dirt bike in the roadway near the intersection of Glen Avenue and Beaglin Park Drive in Salisbury. The deputy attempted to stop Tingle but instead of stopping, Tingle increased speed in an apparent attempt to elude the deputy. Tingle at one point ran a red light in an attempt to get away from the deputy. The deputy followed Tingle before he lost sight of him. The deputy remained in the area of Cedar Drive where he had last seen Tingle and he was ultimately found hiding behind a residence.
The deputy took Tingle into custody and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed ad taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Tingle on $5,000.00 unsecured bond.
Charges: Attempt to Flee and Elude, Failure to Stop at a Red Signal, Speeding, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Negligent Driving


Farlow, Latrell
Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 27 December 2015
Location: 300 block of Autumn Grove Court, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Latrell Lavon Farlow, 31, Hebron, MD
Narrative: On 27 December 2015 at 3:24 PM a deputy arrested Latrell Farlow in connection with a domestic related assault. Upon the arrival of the deputy, a female subject stated that she was embroiled in a verbal altercation with Farlow that turned physical when Farlow pushed her into the wall.
The deputy transported Farlow to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Farlow in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree.

Dale, Wendell
Incident: Violation of a Protective Order
Date of Incident: 27 December 2015
Location: Ocean Gateway at Booth Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Wendell Dale, 31, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 27 December 2015 at 4:30 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Wendell Dale for speeding. During the stop the deputy discovered that Dale had a subject in the vehicle with him that Dale was prohibited to have contact with due to a protective order.
The deputy placed Dale under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Dale on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Violation of a Protective Order.


Bozman, Kasey
Incident: Most Wanted Apprehension
Date of Incident: 28 December 2015
Location: 6000 block of Blue Ribbon Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kasey Thomas Bozman, 38, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 28 December 2015 at 5:30 PM a deputy located one of Wicomico’s Most Wanted subjects, Kasey Bozman, on a traffic stop. Bozman was being sought on two Circuit Court Bench Warrants. One was issued after Bozman failed to appear for a felony theft case and the other after she failed to appear for a CDS case.
Bozman was detained in the Detention Center without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.
Charges: Failure to Appear.


Carey, Steven
Incident: Burglary / Theft
Date of Incident: 28 December 2015
Location: 27000 block of Nanticoke Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Steven Jonathan Carey, 29, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 28 December 2015 at 2:00 PM a deputy arrested Steven Carey in connection with a theft he committed on 23 December 2015. Carey is alleged to have taken a brand new, still in the box PlayStation 4 from a bedroom closet inside a residence where he was temporarily residing. During the ensuing investigation, the deputy located the purloined PlayStation 4 at a local pawn shop and discovered that it had been sold by the suspect, Steven Carey.
The PlayStation 4 was going to be a Christmas present before Carey stole it.
Upon arrest the deputy transported Carey to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Carey in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond
Charges: Burglary 4th Degree and Theft less than $1,000.00.


Rayfield, Joshua
Incident: CDS
Date of Incident: 28 December 2015
Location: Nanticoke Road at Culver Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Joshua Aaron Rayfield, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 28 December 2015 at 3:07 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle for speeding on Nanticoke Road. During the stop, the deputy observed what was observed as furtive movement from the rear seat passenger, Joshua Rayfield. The deputy would locate two syringes along with what was identified as heroin in Rayfield’s possession.
Upon arrest, the deputy transported Rayfield to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance the Commissioner detained Rayfield in the Detention Center in lieu of $3,000.00 bond.
The deputy also discovered two open Circuit Court Bench Warrants that were issued in two theft cases.
Rayfield was detained without bond on both of those warrants.
Charges: Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


Miller, Alicia
Incident: Burglary / Theft
Date of Incident: 30 December 2015
Location: 32000 block of Morris Leonard Road, Parsonsburg, MD
Suspect: Alicia Annice Miller, 24, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 30 December 2015 at 11:02 PM a deputy arrested Alicia Miller in connection with the burglary of a residence and a corresponding theft. It is alleged that Miller entered a residence in the 32000 block of Morris Leonard Road while the resident was gone and Miller reportedly stole blank checks while inside that residence. Miller then is alleged to have made checks out to herself and forged the account holder’s signature and then cashed them.
During the investigation the deputy recovered the checks after they had been presented and cashed.
Upon arrest, the deputy transported Miller to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Miller in the Detention Center in lieu of $75,000.00 bond. SBYNEWS
Charges: Burglary 1st Degree, Theft under $1,000.00 and Forgery
