  1. Beginning of the end. The COST will go up, and NEVER come back down. Remember this day. It's no longer about doing what's right, or serving the public, when unions get involved, it's all about ME!

  2. You probably will not have to worry about it. The council won't approve it.

  3. Watch Cannon go in attack mode. That is all he knows. Can't wait to vote him out.

  4. I pray the council won't approve of this. Make this all go back to a vote. Can't trust anything Martin Fisher is involved in. From messing with underage girls in prostitution and drug rings to attempting to hook up with fellow officers wives while pregnant. Lying on the stand and planting evidence. And he's talking about putting Lewis out somehow next election and becoming our next sheriff! I will say he turned in some corrupt officers once in order to save his own butt! What a disgusting man. Two faced as hell! Fisher is a prime example of all that's wrong in the local law enforcement agencies. Let's not forget his racist wife who was forced into retirement from MSP. Nothing about this man is honorable.

  5. Well if the council doesn't sign it they can go to arbitration.

    1. And the council needs to hold fast! No arbitration! Let the citizens vote! No more of the handful of people making these kind of decisions. They're all in the good old boys pockets. Let the people decide what their deputies are worth. Bet the people will knock them off their high horses! The last time the people voted and were duped! Why not another vote on a new agreement? Smells Fishy! Pun intended!

  6. People already voted. New case law upholds their vote. Want to change it? Get another petition signed and get the issue put back on the ballot. Unhappy with the will of the voters? Sound like an unhappy council person to me. You want the people to decide what county employees make? They do. Through their representatives. Thats how things work in America. The only reason you say the people were duped is because the result of the vote was opposite your personal beliefs or feelings. Tough S****.
