DUI Collision

Type of Incident: Motor Vehicle Collision/ Impaired Driver
Date and Time: 1/1/2016 at 3:38 am
Location: E/B Rt 50/ Ocean Gateway at Hall Road

Driver: Lamar Marcus Palmer (Salisbury, MD)
33 year old

Accused: Lamar Marcus Palmer

Charges: Driving While Intoxicated and related traffic charges for Motor Vehicle Collision

Troopers responded to E/B US Rt 50/ Ocean Gateway at Hall Rd for a single-vehicle collision.

Upon arrival, Troopers met with the sole occupant and driver, Lamar Marcus Palmer. Palmer advised he was not injured and refused EMS at the scene.

During the investigation, Troopers observed Palmer to display several indicators of impairment. A battery of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered to Palmer.

Palmer was arrested for Driving under the Influence. Once at the barrack, he submitted to an evidence breath test, charged with DUI and related charges.

Disposition: Released to a sober party from the barrack.

  2. If he had a gun he would go away for 10 or 15 years, but two tons of metal flying at 88 feet per second down a road full of people and he will have to take a couple classes and pay some fines.
    And let that sink in because the Bill of Rights doesn't guarantee that your right to personal transportation not be infringed.
