Illegal Alien Gang Member With Gun Charges Attacks Maryland Cop

An 18-year-old illegal alien who is a documented member of the violent MS-13 street gang and has a criminal history involving gun charges was arrested Thursday after an unprovoked attack on a Fredrick County, Maryland sheriff’s deputy.

Jose Misael Reyes-Reyes was arrested and charged with second-degree assault on a police officer, second-degree assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, obstructing and hindering, rogue and vagabond, and two counts of disorderly intoxication, according to a press release.

Deputy Greg Morton was in his marked police car while investigating a minor traffic accident at around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

  1. He came to America for one of two things ... to go to Prison ..or Die ... he attacked a Cop in a time when Tyrants have been promoting the behavior... that makes this fool an agent .. try him in a Military Tribunal setting

  2. Couldn't find anything on case search except malicious destruction. Everything else claimed must be charges made when he was a minor, or crimes committed in other states?

  3. Thank You O'Malley for making MD a sanctuary state that draws these criminals. This is what Baltimore Mayor is asking for more of. All the Liberal Democrats will soon learn that we will protect ourselves and they will be left with no weapons to defend themselves. Who is going to protect them then, since they passed the laws?
