  2. Passenger inquiry? Query? What ever it is ,it is wrong! This was a speeding ticket. If the driver had a warrant fine. He is fair game. But the officer has no right to run a passenger unless he is suspected of committing a crime. No right to even ask! This wasn't a car full of people buying dope on the street. Or even the old your vehicle matches the description. Don't give me the a criminal was caught crap. Innocent folks....did you know that once a cop runs your name for any reason, the FBI starts a file on you? That's right. Your associates...I.e your wife and family etc. The whole reason why police want to run you! Not just to find criminals but to keep tabs on every one and where they are and who they know.

    1. No they can't. Keep telling your lies to the sheeple! Frieking cops. Remember they can lie to you. They do lie to you. Don't be a fool! Know your rights! If you are driving the car away to keep from towed then yes,you can be ran. But not for being a passenger in a car that was stopped for a traffic violation.

  4. Get over it? No officer ,you get over it! People are waking up! 30 years of TV shows like cops has lead people to believe what cops do is legal 100% all the time. Watch a couple episodes and see how many rights are violated. Wrongful arrests made. If a cop pulls this crap with me he will earn his yearly salary in a matter if minutes! You may be arrested. Found guilty even. But the fed will overturn it.

  5. Police can run ANYONE for NO REASON. It's a consensual contact and the passenger did not have to ID himself, but he did anyway. EXCELLENT WORK OFFICER!
