A professor of medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine has taken to Twitter to place blame on mainstream media — such as Fox News and the 2014 film “American Sniper” — for breeding the type of racist thinking that led Dylann Roof to carry out the shooting at a Charleston, S.C. church last month.
Dr. Faheem Younus is a medical professor at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine who doubles as a blogger for Muslim-American identity and the Middle East with the online username: “Muslimerican.” Additionally, Younus serves on the board for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the leading Islamic organization that rejects all forms of terrorism.
Younus tweeted earlier in June that the racist ideology advocated by Charleston shooter Dylann Roof was specifically “promoted” by Fox News.

ReplyDeleteAmerican Sniper was not that good of a movie to begin with. Seemed like just someone liked killing others and was good at it. ANYONE can sit a mile away and just murder people with the tech we have now. Even have bullets that correct their flight now. There are a whole lot of different ways to kill someone. And why not? War is big business and very profitable. Corps sell both sides with anything and everything they need to wage war and a select few make billions. Just wave a flag in front of anyone's face and they are all for it.

A F'n Liberal Tree Hugger!! American Sniper was an excellent movie. We are at war with Terrorists and you call it murder? What do you call that happened on Sept. 11, 2001? What do you call that happened every time your loved ones chopped the heads off Americans and Christians?
You my friend don't deserve to live in this country. Why don't you put a towel on your head and move to the Muslim countries. You would make an excellent target.
