  3. This is crazy. I know Westover isn't big but this is IN town a few houses down from the Dash In. It's bad enough the guy just shot the poor pony. I've never seen a field for the ponies I have seen on this yard. Horses however, are livestock so not much can be done about him just shooting the animal but there is reckless discharge of a firearm and possibly animal cruelty since he didn't verify that the animal was dead. I hope they seize the other ponies from him.

  7. Yet a cop shoots your pet dog and walks without charge one...
Just a different set of laws for the 'regular people'.

  8. I think the difference is ponies don't attack people but some dogs do attack people. See the difference?

  9. Really people do you think anything will be done. Maybe a slap on the wrist. You had the animal control supervisor-jimmy henderson-killing helpless dogs and cats. He should have been
arrested and convicted of animal cruelty. Instead the no balls county commissioners let him resign. So John Price will walk as well. Only in Somerset County!!!

  10. Henderson liked the two legged cats. What a total embarrassment. We are thankful for the supervisor that is now at SCAC. He cares and he does NOT mistreat animal as his predecessor did. Goes to show you if you treat animals that way you will treat humans worse. I think his record speaks volumes. Pathetic individual who displayed no remorse. About the same as John Price.

  11. Ditto 12:45. Hell henderson was killing dogs when he and i were employed at ECI. You are right just a slap on the wrist. Takes a common SOB to kill a helpless animal.

  12. People there needs to be justice for this animal..this man shouldn't be permitted to have animals. Instead of useless name calling, why not demand states attorneys office seek a real punishment for violent acts to animals. This many has history of harming animals.

  13. If the States Attorney's office did nothing to Jimmy Henderson why do you think they are going to do anything with John Price? They knew what he was doing and chose to let him resign AGAIN.

  14. Picture this: This horse tends to run in traffic when let out. After hours of trying to get the animal back in the yard, there was NO success. Keep picturing...a family driving down the highway on the way home at night and all of a sudden a horse runs onto the highway in front of you. What choice would you have made? There are 2 sides to every story. Don't judge, especially based obviously one-sided articles. It breaks my heart to see how hateful so many unknowing outsiders can be.
