    I'm sorry. All that sounds sweet after all that's happened but as a citizen and taxpayer of Maryland I really don't care.

    YOU, the black community, along with your leaders have let US down. YOU need to recover ON YOUR OWN. PROVE to us the city of Baltimore is worthy and we will forgive.

    How about a statement like "I am here to suck up to the Mayor and States Attorney and to draw a paycheck. I do not support the police officers who work under my direction because they arrest black criminals".
