Bad Accident In Salisbury. Route 13 Shut down


There is a bad accident in the area of Zion Road and Route 13. Directly under the bypass bridge.

Northbound 13 is shut down
Southbound 13 is down to one lane

    I know there are a lot of crazy immature "bikers" out there that give the rest of us a bad name but, as a responsible motorcyclist I wish I had the right to legally slap the crap out of every numbskull that's drifted into my lane or cut me off with their nose glued to a smart phone.

      The driver of the VAN was on the cell not the guy on bike. She came zooming off the bypass not paying attention.

    The van driver was on the cell phone not the biker. He has serious head trauma and is at PRMC Justin Bristol. All prayers would be appreciated.
