DSP S.O.A.R. Searching for Wanted Sex Offender

Seaford, DE - The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is currently looking for a wanted sex offender after he failed to re-register his current address.

Investigators have obtained warrants for Kevin L. Woods, 28, who is a medium risk Tier 2 sex offender and may be living in the Seaford area.

Woods is a black male, 5'04” tall, 15 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for Failure to Re-Register and is also wanted out of Sussex County Superior Court for Violation of Probation.

The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is asking anyone who may know the location of Woods to call 302-672-5306. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet atwww.tipsubmit.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword "DSP."

    This is occurring way too much. They are easy to find when they're 6ft under with a rock on top.

    They, however, are not easy to find when they are only 5'4" and 15lbs...
