  6. 6:18 Its all fun and games till someone gets hurt. You will be the first to complain to that too.

Someone should have stopped him... someone should have helped him... the PD should have removed him... bla bla bla.

  7. I saw him today sitting on the curb behind IHOP.

  8. Leave him alone. He's not hurting anyone. How about catching some violent criminals or thieves?

  14. At some point it isn't just about begging. It's about refusing to follow a legal directive from a law enforcement officer or two or five.

  17. OK, Contributor, I went back and read as you suggested and found no theft charge mentioned. What was mentioned is that he got arrested for violating a City law against soliciting and for walking out in the roadway to do it after having been warned not to the day before. Is that considered a theft charge? Never mind, I'll go to the Judiciary case search myself and look.

IMHO, if they want to put this guy in jail all the contacting officers have to do is "smell marijuana" and get a warrant for his physical address listed on Bi-State Blvd., but it's my guess they don't want to.

  19. 6:11-Until the harassment incidents accumulate sufficiently to justify a lawsuit. My goodness,am I the only smart person in the room? Everything thus far has been contributing to his cause. The method to his madness and the rationale behind all of this will soon reveal itself in a court of law.His 15 minutes and a huge payday draweth nigh.

  20. Glad they are trying to do something about him. Maybe if they keep it up he will move somewhere else.

  21. he's only one of the too many with their hands out for something they don't have to work for, people just need to stop giving to individuals. pick a charity and donate money or volunteer your time to help those who really need it.

  22. I saw him by Bob Evans on Saturday, and even with all the exposure, I saw people still giving him money!! He's never going to stop until people stop enabling him!

  23. This is indeed a dilemma. What CAN you do for a person who is in self-destruct mode??
