WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. - Police say a 2-year-old girl has died after being mauled by a pit bull in a Pittsburgh suburb.
Police say the dog attacked Paylynn Devaugh inside a home in West Mifflin around 8:45 p.m. Sunday.
The girl was pronounced dead at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

ReplyDeleteI don't even take a chance when they venture on my property. Too much to risk by seeing if they're friendly or not. One (Sometimes two) less than before.
ReplyDeleteBut pit bulls are safe dogs. At least that's what the owners say, until their dogs kill someone.

ReplyDeleteIt's a dog people, a dog that should have a responsible HUMAN that owns it. A dog killed a child, a child that should have responsible HUMAN caregivers around at all times.
It's time to stop using dogs as a scapegoat for human failures.
