Government, Not Racism, Is The Greatest Threat

Just like Abraham Lincoln–the first Republican President—who gave his life to end slavery, Martin Luther King, Jr. had a radical vision for America, making real those words of the Declaration of Independence—that “all men are created equal.”

In the end, he gave his life trying to bring about equality in a country where some bitterly clung to their hatred and racism.

When Dr. King marched peacefully through the streets in cities like Selma and Montgomery, the marchers were met with fire hoses and police brutality for simply wanting equal rights—to be treated like every other human being.

All of us know the famous quote from Dr. King’s “I have a Dream” speech:

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

But what most Americans don’t seem to realize is that something happened between Dr. King’s death in 1963 and today– and that his vision has been distorted.

  1. LBJ laid the double whammy on 'em when he signed the civil rights act...:

Enslaved them to the government via entitlement programs.

Fooled them in to thinking the government was helping them on a regular basis.

    For that double whammy they:

Vote primarily Democrat (LBJ predicted for the next 200 years).

Rely on the government instead of working themselves to prosperity.

Believe the Democrats are trying to help them and the Republicans are trying to hurt them.

Flaunt their reliance on the government programs and affirmative action.

Get violent when they are called out for their incivility.

And they want to be treated equally?!?!?!

  2. I really wish people would stop putting all black people in the category that you hear about on the news!...not wanting to work, dependent on government. Its really not the case. But keep listening to the media and you will have the impression that this is all that black people do and its simply not true. It's all about division and trying to instill an idea of it being us against them. there should not be any us against them...Only Americans!!!

  3. What a powerful article. Joe I work in that everyday. I can't help but think about how differently life would be if there were no "programs" that promoted the defeatist mentality. How much different would this country be if the govt. was unable to divide us on racial lines? The level of prosperity is unimaginable.

  4. Correct Randy, It's all about manipulating us to continue squabbling amongst ourselves so that we do not turn our attention to who and what the "real" problem is.

If we're killing each other, we're not killing the one percenters.

Recent reports indicated George Soros has dumped Millions into perpetuating the Ferguson BS. Not just keeping the activists supplied with signs, goodies, etc, but keeping it in front of our faces 24/7.

Rile 'em up enough and maybe, just maybe it will ignite a firestorm and allow us to sweep in and kill 'em all is the attitude of the day.

Anyone who reads or consumes any of that crap is them self contributing to the problem.
