ReplyDeleteAlso, all hospitals have multiple lawsuits going on at any given time.. Look up Hopkins and Maryland---huge multi-million dollar pay outs the last few years
why should they get Immunity form being sued if they make a mistake just like you or i we can be sued so why not them they are professionals they say they know what they doing have you ever read some of the papers you sign when you go to a hospital no matter what if they screw up they are Immune from all next time you go to them read what you sign

Someone should sue your parents for bringing in yet another stupid idiot into this world.
Yea, there are too few lawsuits in this country---that's the problem.. Please 1:14 that is patently ridiculous!

What is ridiculous is giving people a free pass, especially 'trained professionals' who swore an oath to "do no harm".
So many ultra-conservatives in this area I am surprised they can even feed themselves.
What a bunch of crap!
