Big party in Fort Washington, North of and bordering on Harlem.

Cops arrive to restore order.

Crowd taunts and attacks cops, yelling hands up, don’t shoot.

Five cops hurt.

Five arrested, including J-Quan.

    J Quan is a Democrat from Istanbul. He migrated to NJ in May by way of Cruise Liner. He never paid for the trip and is now on the lam
