Bob Culver wants to suspend the County's new home tax, but Stevie Prettyman and Matt Holloway dont to.

11am You make no sense at all. It takes a majority to pass anything. So, if Stevie Prettyman and Matt Holloway don't want it, there still are 5 other council members to support it. So, why isn't this new home tax suspended?
