    HMMMM lets think about this! The parents owed the IRS from past tax returns - those same parents received Social Security Tax Benefit checks - so since the governmnet was paying you - why don't they take their money back out of that check they are giving you? Bet alot of people would get really pissed about that! According to the world today it is ok to owe a debt to someone and never even attempt to repay it!
