Checkpoint In West Ocean City

There is a checkpoint set up on Route 50 West Bound just as you come over the drawbridge in Ocean City.  Take a cab if you have been drinking or call a friend!

    Headed into OC??? Are they trying to catch the pre-gamers? Seems like they would catch more drunks leaving OC.

    Who's getting the revenue? The foot of the bridge as you enter is OCPD MEANING THEY GET THE PARTY REVENUE AND THE FINE REVENUE. Now you know why they are doing a salary study. They are already spending the revenue.

    Well seeing how you get a Maryland Traffic Citation for a DUI means the money goes to the courts, which in turn goes to the State, meaning the money goes across the bridge and never comes back...
