ReplyDeleteIs it time to talk about construction inspections? Probably not. These were not originally set up to generate income for retired construction workers. The intent was to protect consumers from inferior craftsmanship and improper materials. Many businesses and individuals have suffered financially from poor inspections.
ReplyDeleteSounds suspicious they were talking about needing to remodel and that it was going to be to expensive, wow, just in time they have a fire!

ReplyDeleteBest Italian food on the shore, went to that fake Italian restaurant across from the mall run by a couple of thieves and got sick. This place is the best, of course that is why they got voted best on the shore in the Metropolitan magazine several years in a row!
ReplyDeleteI doubt if they will rebuild in this economy, I live down from them and many nights there is only 3 or 5 cars in the lot, you can't pay the bills with that low flow of cash.
ReplyDeleteNo better time for a remodel burn. The holiday season is past and work should be done before the next one.
ReplyDeleteThe Salisbury Fire Department doesn't do Fire Inspections like they are supposed to do and my bet is they never have done a fire inspection at that facility. The Salisbury Fire Department is a joke and so is it's leadership. A fire inspection may have prevented this fire if it wasn't arson.
ReplyDeleteI hope they make out ok because even with insurance to rebuild they wont get all the lost income in the meantime.
