    The people that typically attend this "college" are on Medicaid anyway.

    Wicomico Board of Ed. hires a huge number from this college. I don't know of any middle or high school teachers who went there, though.

    I didn't know they had actual students. I mean, they don't have any actual classrooms. What's the deal with this place?
