AZ SENATE PANEL APPROVES BILL TO NULLIFY FEDERAL GUN LAWS

On February 10, SB 1294--the Second Amendment Preservation Act--cleared its first hurdle by passing in the Judiciary Committee on a vote of 6 to 3.

  1. Good for them. This would never happen in Maryland because of liberal Democrats.

  6. It's a shame that a state has to pass a law requiring the observance of the 2nd amendment in the Bill of Rights. If the government has no respect for the constitution then the states need to step up. The corrupt federal government then has the power (not the right) to try and stop them with the military but then you are talking civil war. I do think with the current administration it is coming to that, hence all the FEMA camps and billions of rounds of ammunition. Get ready folks, it ain't going to be pretty.
