Voter Fraud: We’ve Got Proof It’s Easy

Undercover agents were able to vote as dead people, but election officials are attacking the agents.

Liberals who oppose efforts to prevent voter fraud claim that there is no fraud — or at least not any that involves voting in person at the polls.

But New York City’s watchdog Department of Investigations has just provided the latest evidence of how easy it is to commit voter fraud that is almost undetectable. DOI undercover agents showed up at 63 polling places last fall and pretended to be voters who should have been turned away by election officials; the agents assumed the names of individuals who had died or moved out of town, or who were sitting in jail. In 61 instances, or 97 percent of the time, the testers were allowed to vote. Those who did vote cast only a write-in vote for a “John Test” so as to not affect the outcome of any contest. DOI published its findings two weeks ago in a searing 70-page report accusing the city’s Board of Elections of incompetence, waste, nepotism, and lax procedures.

  2. Between 2000 and 2010 there were 649 million votes cast in general elections and 13 cases of in-person voter impersonation.

Voter fraud may be possible, but it just isn't happening.

  3. 10:28, that's a tired old argument, and without any voter ID, rules, safeguards, or methods to catch fraudsters, they cannot be caught. It's that simple. Thus the low prosecution numbers. You really just about have to brag about doing it to get caught, and even then there's no way to prove it.

  4. I know it is easy, I do it all the time here in this county, all you need to know is the name and address of a friend that is registered but doesn't bother to vote anymore. When you go to the voting polls you just say the name and address, you get a ballet and vote.

  5. I have commented here several times how I have voted twice in past Presidential elections in two different states. It's ridiculously easy and I suspect I am not the only person doing so.

  6. 10:28...you really believe that? REALLY? First, all the Obama loving bozo's claimed there wasn't ANY voter fraud -- it was those sore-loser Republicans making stuff up
Then, voter fraud was documented. And Democrats couldn't dent THAT, so they went with "only 13 cases". LOL.
Pay no attention to the facts, please.
Sort of like "affordable" health care.

10:28 Did you include Wendy Rosen in your fake stats? Rosen, Maryland Democrat leader running for Congress in 2012 withdrew from the race after it was discovered she had VOTED TWICE, in Florida and Maryland, in 2008 Presidential Elections, and also in 2008 Democratic Primaries. When asked about voting she replied "I don't remember". So Are We the People Going to trust "democrat leaders"who say "Naah, there is no fraud, dont worry, just trust us" Talk is overrated. Actions Speaks Volumes and the Master of Fraud is in the White House. Wake the Hell Up!!!
