Supreme Court May Move To Rein In President Obama's Trampling Of The Constitution

  1. I hope that they find him in contempt of Congress which is an impeachable charge. The American people deserve to be heard once again.

  3. SCOTUS will find OweBama overreached badly on this one.

Each house of Congress sets its rules. The Senate did not consider itself in recess and had taken steps to remain in session, albeit minimally.

OweBama engineered the timing of the appointments intentionally to do an end run around the Senate. The names were put forth and appointed so quickly that basic background checks had not started.

At that time Dingy Harry Reid had not pulled the trigger on the 'nuclear option' so opponents could have delayed or defeated the nominations.

Failing to rule against this action will emasculate the Supreme Court; they will become just a rubber stamp for the whims of a dictator. In like fashion both houses would loose control of their affairs and become subject to the dictator's wishes.

It's a genuinely important case regarding separation of powers in the three branches.
