Are His Rights Being Violated?

  1. COP should be suspended along with the camera crew.

  2. His rights were not violated. But the Officer was rude for no apparent reason. And complaint should be filed. The man did not even know the police car was behind him, and he was being pulled. He got out of the car, as if nothing was wrong. And the Policeman got hostile for no reason.

  5. The guy is an idiot. He was asked to get back in his car several times.

As far as the news crew, that is legally a newsworthy event, and his permission is not needed for his likeness or name to be used a "newsworthy event." His name could easily be pulled up in a case search because it is considered public domain.

  6. One of the reasons I can't stand the police. Very rude and unprofessional. Take his gun away and he nothing more than a ignorant punk and a bully.

  8. I today's world with the Disabilities act, how did the cop not know he was a mute or otherwise hearing impaired. He could have been a little more courteous but he is not violating anyone's rights.

  9. All the cop haters on here. I don't see how he did anything wrong as a police officer doing his job.

5:35 PM drops the disabilities act crap saying how did the cop not know if he a mute. How did the cop not know if the guy had a gun and wanted to shoot the cop. You are just a plain idiot. Keep up the good work Corporal.

  10. First of all the cop was related to him in some way. The news crew was related to the cop in some way. I do believe in WV that it is ok to be rude to people from out of state due to them not wanting foreigners to come there. Therefore I don't see anything wrong with this.

  12. The cop should be fired as he is apparently not mentally stable. What is apparent is the cop getting agitated and angry immediately with a person that had no idea of being pulled over nor did the cop activate lights or siren. If this cop has such a short fuse he may very well kill or injure someone simply because he didnt think he had full control of someone..... Take away his gun and put him on desk duty

  13. No problem with the ticket or the stop. The only problem was the cop's attitude. Public master. Stop treating everyone as if they are ready to blow your head off. If you are that scared of the general public or of doing the job you VOLUNTEERED for, get another job. Want people to respect you? Stop treating them like you bought them yesterday....
