Dixmoor Illinois Municipality Has Fire Truck Repossessed - Municipality Missed Payroll Not Once But Twice

Mother & Son run against each other for Mayor of Dixmoor, Ill.  The municipality by all accounts is a pathetically poor south suburban community that could use some help.  The local newspaper reports that the community is plagued with abandoned buildings that stand like rotting trees citywide.  The elder Mayoral candidate - Casey says a fire engine was recently repossessed and that the community missed payroll for its city employees not once, but twice.  Remember SBYnews repeated warnings - 'The Debtor is the Servant Unto The Lender' - the same axiom is applicable today as it was over a 1000 years ago.

  2. I'm quite sure he voted for the Democrats that supported the unions that organized the rally's that got them elected that caused the city to go broke.
Funny how things come full circle.
It has been proven locally, regionally nationally and internationally, SOCIALISM does not work. (just like the people that want it) It is and always be a failed model anywhere labor Unions and Socialists (dem's) try to redistribute wealth.
Kinda like O'Malley and the socialists just voted for ALL teachers to pay Union dues whether they like it or not!

  4. THESE two are the candidates? Do either of them actually have a job? I have a feeling that their municipality is going to go from "pathetically" poor to bottom-of-the-gutter crackhead poor. Then the rest of the state will enact a surcharge on something in order to "rehabilitate" the areas where people like this have run them into the ground.
