2.3% Medical Excise Tax ?????? !!!!!!!

The2.3% Medical Excise Tax that began on January 1st is supposed to be “hidden” from the consumer, but it's been brought to the public’s attention by hunting and fishing store Cabela’s who have refused to hide it and are showing it as a separate line item tax on their receipts.

    You should be saying wtf are we paying for this for especially when it was meant for the business to pay not the consumer...

    Cabela says their computer made a mistake and is crediting anyone charged with the tax.

    Cabela's is doing the right thing by showing what Obamacare is doing. This is just the beginning. You will be screaming bloody murder by the end of the year. Everything will have a 2.3% Obamacare tax on it. If you are a Democrat and voted for Obama, suck it up.

    12:40 - spoken like a totally clueless liberal. Businesses get their money from consumers - period, end of discussion. Barack, Nancy, and Harry don't want the public being reminded daily of their lies in creating Obamacare - "oh, it won't coast consumers anything; just wait 'till we show it to you after it becomes law." Of course it was also designed so that a lot of the lies were hidden until the anointed one was reelected.

    I think that this was a programming error. Only medical devices (or possibly "dual use" items) are subject to the tax. I certainly don't like the tax because it's making money off of sick people, but i'm not going to lie to further a political agenda, either.
