    Ladies and gents. This lady is shopping in Alaska. Yes Alaska in the USA. No permits except age. You must be 18 to own and carry, and 21 to carry concealed. Gun related robberies almost never happen in Alaska. Maryland should wake up. Question? What are the ownership and carry laws in Delaware? I live only a mile from the state line.

    Delaware is open carry, and easier to get a concealed 30 some state concealed permit. Gander Mountain teaches the course, you can ask there.

    Hey Joe, do you know of any updates on the plan to ease restrictions for gun permits? I haven't heard anything for a while. I thought a plan was supposed to be ready around September or October. Not that the date was set in stone.
