The first thing you'll do upon entering Legoland Florida is walk up to the nearest oversized Lego model and touch it: Is it really made out of those little plastic bricks? The answer is yes.

I live in the same area as Legoland and there is great anticipation among retailers, hotels etc that this venue is going to be a tremendous asset to the community. I hope they are correct but I for one will miss Cypress Gardens and what it offered. This park will be closed 2 days a week and most days will be open something like 9am to 5pm only. There is on hell of alot of hype going on. Hope it pans out.
