    is Tom McGuire! He takes pictures of the neighborhood kids, is up walking around at all hours of the night and is constantly threatening to call town hall or the police on everyone he doesn't like.

    When their animals take a crap on my lawn and flower beds. I used crushed red peppers to sprinkle on all my flower beds and where they have been. No more animals. Wonder if it would work on the neighbor? :)

    Lets their dogs run the neighborhood...Works for the government and feels they can make up their own rules.....Yea you suck as a neighbor! Your house is the -hitist in the neighborhood..Rake your freaking leaves, idiot...Iam tired of them blowing into my yard..If you are reading this and get pissed off than its you we are talking about..Just sayin!

    Watches everything that goes on at our property! You can feel him looking every time we walk out the door or come back from somewhere!

    's dogs all start barking and howling at the same time! Anytime anyone walks down the street, and especially if there is another dog being walked, the neighbor's five dogs all go nuts!

    How many dogs are allowed in a small fenced yard? Is there a standard allowance? Their yard STINKS
