RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Celebrity White House gate crasher Tareq Salahi filed for divorce Friday, claiming his wife was flaunting her affair with the lead guitarist for the rock band Journey.
Tareq Salahi filed paperwork in Warren County saying his wife, Michaele Salahi, abandoned the marriage when she left their Virginia home Tuesday to be with Neal Schon in Tennessee. He also accused Schon of emailing him a picture of a penis, though he doesn't elaborate as to why.
"Over the objections of me, she continually exposes our friends and acquaintances to her adulterous relationship and has flaunted the same throughout the community, the nation and indeed the world, and thus caused ... me to suffer great harm, humiliation, and embarrassment," he said in the divorce petition.
Schon did not return an email. A representative for the group did not return a call seeking comment. Neither Tareq Salahi nor his attorney returned messages seeking comment

These people are nothing but a sham. I know of them. They tried desparately to insert themselves in the Virginia Hunt Country culture and failed. His Oasis Winery is on the auction block.
ReplyDeleteMiddleburg can't stand them. They tried to constantly bring attention to themselves. Middleburg's wealthy guard their privacy with a passion. The area is well known for it's wealthy residents who detest those not so wealthy who want to be known and bring unwelcome publicity like the Salahi's.
Some Middleburg residents are still reeling from the unwanted publicity Jack and Jackie Kennedy caused when they rented Glen Ora Farm during his presidency and now these people! Atleast Jackie knew how to ride!
