Rt. 13 Shut Down In North Salisbury

Salisbury News has come to learn of a HAZMAT condition near Wendy's and Walmart. I'm told there's a strong oder of gasoline. I had just left that area and must have just missed it. More to come......

    I don't know about a HAZMAT, but I came upon a pedestrian struck by a car in front of Wendy's around 7:30 or 7:45. A young man was hit in the southbound lane and he looked pretty bad. I'll be amazed if he lives. Then there was a rear-end collision in the traffic behind the scene.

    no surprise when you consider how some people cross streets and HIGHWAYS. they're either stupid or think they have an 's' on their chest
