Tornado Watch Posted For Southern Maryland

Wicked weather is pounding the area. A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Southern Maryland until 7:30 a.m. A tornado watch is in effect 10 a.m. for D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia. Heavy rain, hail, wind gusts up to 70 mph and dangerous lightning are possible.
