  3. I've done it at the Shorebirds and many Baysox Games. Perfect strike every time too. When the ball went into the catchers glove and made a loud POP, even the catcher was amazed at how he didn't have to move his glove an inch.

So before you go open your big mouth, be careful who you're talking to.

  8. funny how most msm articles have said he came out to a rousing cheer (with a handful of boos). seems to me like it was a bit backwards there.

anyway, this guy is a basketball player, not a baseball player. though i could care less about basketball, i aint getting him to hard about the baseball thing.

  9. Joe, if he had thrown a perfect strike, would you have posted the video clip? Just wondering! Thanks in advance for your reply!

    Sincerely,
    Angela

  11. Listening to you guys wax nostalgic about sports is like listening to Dexter Manley read Shakespeare. Painful, yet so rewardingly hilarious at the same time.

  12. anyone notice the boooing?

  13. Bush used to put it across the plate ! But then again Bush wasn't a sissy .

    ReplyDelete
  14. sounds like more boo's than anything else. What a whimp!

  15. What a pansy! Did you hear all the laughing and booing at him?

  16. Regardless of the fact that the man is in better shape than most of you, has a better lookin wife than most of you, has more money, is a self-made millionaire (didn't inherit from some rich uncle), and has ascended to the highest office in the nation, and did so without riding daddy's coattails, you guys still talk trash. If you guys weren't so blinded by idealogical hatred, you would be praising Obama as a true American success story even if you disagreed with his political stance.

  17. "Bush used to put it across the plate ! But then again Bush wasn't a sissy."

The perfect example that throwing a strike means NOTHING in the big picture.

  18. 4:57 A true American success story ? First you have to be American second you shouldn't hate the country your sworn to protect third he shouldn't shred the constitution he swore to uphold . He was sent to a college he didn't have to pay for then worked for said college became an activist befriended home grown terrorists and communists listen to hate speech for twenty years and his wife is ugly .

  19. Hey 4:57pm you are right I think we should praise him right back to his native land :Kenya and he can take his money and you with him. He has done a great job trashing everything that most of true Americans have worked hard for. Next thing you know he'll declare martial law and we'll all be in a heap of sh!t.

  20. He brought out that Sox hat so when they started boo'ing the MSM would be able to avoid the boo'ing of his job and say it was the Sox hat.

Either way the man is a jackass and lacks character.

  21. That pitch (for lack of better terms) reminds me of his voters. A high floater with no direction.

  22. You are absolutely right Joe . . Obama threw the baseball just like a girl.

In fact, the last time I saw a politician throw like that was when Al Gore was playing football and they filmed him throwing a football - just like a girl.

  23. It's funny how people can turn a post about Obama throwing bad into a political fight when the film was just him sucking at throwing a ball.

  24. definately not american, we have proof now

  25. to 3:25 Angela...Thank you wondring the same thing...For Gods sake he is the President sitting behind a desk.....And I just bet if he dis throw a stike we would never have seen it. Goodness give it a break...

  26. Sorry he's a punk and an embarrassment to our country . He talks tough but throws like a sissy he's been exposed America doesn't like sissies !

  27. I'm pretty sure they were booing because he put on a White Sox cap, morons.

  28. As an American citizen, I would never boo the OFFICE of the President. Ergo, I would not have booed him as he walked to the mound. However, had he been throwing at an O's game and donned a Yankees cap, I would have booed. And no, I did not vote for him and think he is quickly becoming the downfall of this country. The throw was poor, but at least he was able to laugh at himself after. And Joe... seriously? Very few people can throw 60MPH after 40 unless they continually play ball. No offense, dude, but you don't look like you have maintained a fit body. LOL. Stick with the blogging.

  29. anonymous 10:55, believe me, I can throw a ball. Shape has nothing to do with whether or not you can throw a baseball, in most cases. Believe me, I'm not too large to not be able to throw a ball, that's for sure. A bit jealous, are we? I mean, a day later and you're still commenting on it.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Not still... just saw the post. Didn't know there was a time limit. And if you can throw 60, then hell yeah I am jealous. I used to throw that fast (71 was my tops) but now I am lucky to hit 50. Actually, this year I may be lucky to hit 40. So yeah, color me green.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Now wait just a minute. I never said I could throw 60 mph. All I said was that I can throw a strike from the pitchers mound without any problem. I've never been clocked, speed wise. So I have no clue how fast I can throw.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Oh... I thought your original reply was to the guy who said you couldn't do it above 60 MPH. My bad. Next time maybe I should just stay in my own conversation. LOL.

  33. @457 - yeah, and he worked his way up through a CAPITALIST system. cant do that with what hes proposing. think he wants to close the door on everyone else now?

    ReplyDelete
  34. To all you liberals, Why is it that whenever you got a chance to throw a jab at W, you did. But when the shoe is on the other foot, no one is supposed to throw a jab at Obama? Of course with a girly throw like that, I don't think we have to worry about Obama throwing anything.lol
