Ronald Sample pled guilty to one count of Second Degree Assault. He received 8 years with all but 18 months to be served at WCDC and 36 months supervised probation. The other victims didn't show up, but one finally came to testify against him. That didn't have to happen, he pled guilty instead. That says it all.
