This trash has been sitting outside on the Plaza the entire day and I first walked past it at 7:30 AM Thursday morning. Keep spreading the love Barrie!

ReplyDeleteHow often does the plaza get trash pickup? Where are they supposed to put their trash? Was this in front or in the alley? Isn't trash supposed to be in cans (mine is a big one supplied by the city)?
