An MSNBC host didn’t bother to ask about the controversy surrounding House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's trip to a San Franciso hair salon ‒ in violation of state and local ordinances amid the coronavirus pandemic ‒ when the Democratic leader joined the liberal network on Sunday.
Maria Teresa Kumar filled in for Joy Reid on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” when she gave Pelosi a pass “with a softball interview exclusively focused on attacking President Trump,” according to Media Research Center analyst Kristine Marsh.
“Amazingly, Kumar gave the Democrat leader a 14-minute interview and not ONE question about Pelosi hypocritically violating her own city’s coronavirus guidelines to visit a salon and get her hair done indoors at the end of August, maskless,” Marsh wrote.
And I don't see any articles on this blog about Trump admitting he knew the severity of the coronavirus but still downplayed it....190,000 dead Americans later.
But the 190,000 didn't die because he down played the seriousness of covid. Most died because there was no known medical treatment for the virus. Of Trump had gone out saying you're sll going to die and caused a panic, things would be a lot worse than they are now.remember back just a few short months ago when rhe media had everyone panic buying bottled water, paper towels, hand sanitizer, clorox wipes, etc. Hospitals would have been swarmed by people thinking they were sick, demanding treatment or killing themselves at the first sniffel rather than die of covid. Trump and Pence kept the tone calm but concerned and acted to cut travel from other countries. His expert team, led by Dr faucci, keot saying no reason to panic, no need to wear masks. I know it seems like ancient history but it was just a few months ago. Also Trump didn't send sick covid patients to live in nursing homes with elderly, & health compromised individuals. The governors did that.
and no mention here anywhere of the Woodward interviews that his attention craving egomaniacal highness made with perhaps the only real journalist left alive
