Fox News host Tucker Carlson called Dr. Anthony Fauci a “fraud” during Friday night’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight” after the White House coronavirus task member dodged a series of questions from Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan.
Jordan grilled Fauci during a heated House subcommittee hearing exchange Friday on whether ongoing protests and demonstrations sparked by the death of George Floyd should be treated the same as churches in some states and banned to curb the spread of coronavirus.
After playing a clip of the exchange, Carlson compared Fauci’s unwillingness to weigh in on protests to a clip of the doctor urging governments to “be as forceful as possible” in getting people to wear masks.

I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore.
ReplyDeleteThe US Government is a filthy corrupt heap of trash.
It lies to the population about everything.
Garbage again, smoke and mirrors.
ReplyDeleteFauci's job is to be an expert when it comes to viruses, and to advise with respect to that. He has maintained this since the very beginning. He does not advise on public policy, he advises on the impact of policy.
You are all being played by this smoke and mirrors, and slight of hand that is happening here. What is happening here is a deliberate and purposeful attempt to shift the blame from the Trump administrations failings onto a scapegoat.
It is glaringly obvious, and it's sad.
Blame from the Trump Administration for what? Trump has done a good job with this virus and no one could have done better!
DeleteI watched the HoR committee and Fauci did speak out regarding the protests. He stated that the same precautions should be taken as any other close distancing situation. This is just baseless...might as well talk about how Herman Cain died after likely getting coronavirus at a Trump/Republican rally in AZ.
ReplyDeleteThere is no way of knowing where anyone acquires the China virus. Even, I said even, if Mr. Cain was at the rally with no mask. It was said he didn’t like wearing mask and had underlying conditions. Cancer victim, age, etc., he was proud and happy to have been there. My humble opinion is he would do it again if alive and well. One good man supporting another good man. So put the blame or fault where it should be, China. That shit hole has touched each and ever life on this planet.
DeleteTrump is playing the fools strategy brilliantly. Attack anyone that may speak out against you and get your followers to do the same. If you can build hatred for the people that make you look like an idiot your minions will continue to follow you off the cliff. Here we are "winning" with the most cases in the world. And before you say it's because of testing, we are still miles ahead of even Europe as a whole when the data accounts for the extra testing.

ReplyDeleteTrump has done everything that the so called experts (Fauci and Brix)recommended, and somehow this is Trumps failings?
When China unleashed this pandemic onto the world Trump ceased flights into the US from China and was immediately called a racists and xenophobe.
Trump provided EVERYTHING within his power to he governors of the states that they requested.
Blaming Trump for any of this is foolhardy, political, and just plain devoid of any truth. But that is what you libtards do all the time.
@ August 4, 2020 at 10:46 AM
ReplyDeleteExcept wearing a mask when he should have been. You meant to say "Trump has done everything the so called experts recommended except wearing a mask when he should have."
Oh, also, you forgot "except when he told the public it would just disappear, or be gone by April, or be killed off with the summer heat, or dismantled the pandemic response team, or take responsibility for anything ever"
Trumps handling of this has been an utter and obvious failure. BTW, I'm a Republican, voting against him with the ever increasing numbers of Republicans that see him for the grifter that he is. He's no Conservative, never has been.
Stop parroting ridiculous catch phrases like "libtard" and start fact checking. I'm shocked you didn't say "sheeple."
You claim to be a republican and may be registered as one. But you and I know you’re full of chit. How do we know you axe? Because you carry yourself like a “libtard”. Funny thing is, I’ve never used that word before, but thought it was fitting.
DeleteStill believing this nonsense from the MSM.

ReplyDeleteNot likely. Trump didn't beat Hillary in the popular vote, and she was only up by 3% in the polls... and she won by 2%... within the margin of error.
Biden is beating Trump by large margins in the swing states, some by double digits. The polling looks REALLY bad for Trump. Think, when was the last time you heard Republican leaders speak out on the incumbent candidate? Or when there was multiple Republican pacs actively working to vote out the incumbent?
Look, I just follow the facts. I don't have time for noise. Your name calling is noise. Either you can articulate sound ideas and arguments, or you can't. If you think using "libtard" is particularly persuasive, it's obvious which camp you belong in.
Trump isn't only in the Whitehouse. He has traveled and visited many locations, given talks, and only ONE time did he show wearing a mask? And only after great pressure to it? So, no, he is not in virtual quarentene.
OH by the way, some of his staff members, in the Whitehouse, have tested positive for Covid. May be some masks would have done some good. May be, it could have saved Herman Cains life?

Just dream on๐๐๐ Trump won and he'll win again. God Bless President Trump!๐บ๐ธ๐
DeleteTrump is signaling that there is no risk.
ReplyDeleteIt is an overblown influenza event or bioweapon without power.
He doesn't wear a mask
I don't wear a mask.
Follow the leader . . .
I guess Trump was responsible for the damage you guys just suffered from the recent storm too. Get real. Stop being so narrowed minded.

ReplyDeleteHow did that work out for Herman Cain?
