A former Maryland hospital worker has been charged with sexually assaulting an unconscious patient.
Easton police said Travis K. Brooks, 35, of Trappe, Maryland, was arrested Tuesday on charges of second-degree rape, third- and fourth-degree sex offense, abuse of a vulnerable adult and second-degree assault.
Authorities began an investigation in April after Easton police were called to the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center for a theft report, news outlets reported.
Officers were told that a patient had money stolen from her wallet while having a procedure done.

This idiot’s decision is unthinkable. On top of this our local media brushed this off with a last second coverage. Too lazy to send reporters to Easton to find out what’s going on. Bet if it happened in SBY they would have some 22 year old camped out looking for interviews. MSM is a joke.

DeleteBecause he's black, of course! Why else??
ReplyDeleteHe must have been one of the double-dipping Board of Directors for University of Maryland Medical Systems- Shore Regional Health. I hope the victims sue the hell out of UMMS. With his extensive criminal recors he should have never been on staff.
ReplyDeleteNorthwest Woodsman: No need to read any further than the headline. We all know the ethnicity of the perp, Scandinavian for sure!
ReplyDeleteAllowing these creatures to roam freely among us is not wise nor is it acceptable. Why have we tolerated this horrendous behavior for the last sixty or so years? It is past time that something be done to remediate the problem.
