On August 5, 2020, the Honorable D. William Simpson, Senior Judge, sentenced Allan Scarborough to ninety (90) years of active incarceration in the Maryland Division of Corrections. On February 12, 2020, a Wicomico County jury found Allan Willard Scarborough, 41 years of age, formerly of Parsonsburg, Maryland guilty of four (4) counts of sex abuse of a minor, five (5) counts of sex offense second degree and four (4) counts of sex offense third degree after a two (2) day jury trial presided over by Judge Simpson.
Scarborough is also required to register as a Tier III sex offender, which is lifetime registration, and will be subject to lifetime supervision by Parole and Probation. Scarborough repeatedly sexually abused two victims under the age of twelve from 2008 to 2014 in Parsonsburg, Wicomico County, Maryland.
Wicomico County State’s Attorney (SA) Jamie L. Dykes commended the members of Wicomico County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) for their work in the investigation, specifically thanking Salisbury Police investigator Detective M. Rockwell, assigned to the CAC. SA Dykes also commended Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Diane Karsnitz, who prosecuted this case.
Be great to get Creepy Joe Biden before this Judge for his child molestations.
