Another night of rioting and lawlessness exploded in more than half a dozen U.S. cities Saturday night -- with the mayhem including damage to federal buildings, local police precincts, and a fatal shooting in Austin, Texas.
Similar protests and violent demonstrations have been seen across the country following the death of George Floyd, a Black man in Minnesota who died while in police custody. A video of the May 25, 2020, encounter with police officers showed a White officer putting his knee on Floyd's neck for more than 8 minutes. Floyd died later that day.
Floyd's death -- as well as the police shooting death of Breonna Taylor in Louisville,Kentucky, and other Black men and women -- sparked widespread protests and demonstrations in the U.S. and across the world, which still continue in some cities to this day.

This has been going on for years. Bush II, Dems wouldn't pass anything, Obama, Boehner vowed not to do anything. Trump - same ol same ol.
Its not the President folks - it has and remains CONgress. They pass nothing, they compromise nothing, they argue like Romper Room kids and WE pay. Dems impeached a Prez and 25 years earlier Repubs did the same - yet ZIPPY, just an enormous waste.
Now they CONgress is grandstanding on TV versus Barr.
Term Limits and nothing will end until then. Even death of those lifers still won't help.

They already have "Term Limits." I bet you didn't know that. They are called elections. Each elected official either serves 2, 3, 4 or 6 years for their term. That means they are limited then they have to run for re-election if they so desire. Then the People get to decide if they want to keep them or not, not you! When we have good Republicans in office like Ted Cruz and Andy Harris, I want them in office as long as possible. Wake up, idiot!
