Richard Eugene Cartnail III, 16, of Frederick, and Caliyah Dawnae Lobaugh, 14, of Frederick, are charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, according to the Frederick County Sheriff's Department.
The pair were arrested July 1 and charged as adults following the death of Tykerria Katherine Dawson, 17, authorities said.
Dawson's body was located off of a walking trail in the area behind Briargrove Court in Frederick on the evening of June 27.

It is fine with them that kids are killing other kids. If this wasn't acceptable to them they would be protesting.

ReplyDeleteNorthwest Woodsman : It has been my experience that, in most cases, criminals and their victims run in the same circles. I expect that this victim was involved in some way with these two perps and typically, as psychopaths, they had no hesitation to murder for the most minor slight to them and the negro irrational concern that they be respected. Any slight that hints of disrespect will get you killed in the negro culture.
ReplyDeleteDang NW woodsman, ya almost had me agreeing 100% with ya on this one, seriously, and i still do with everything but about 10% of if! Ya just left out the fact that NOT ALL negros are this hostile, I've served with and currently know MANY that are no different than you & I! Matter of fact, lots of whites, I've know (in certain geographic areas) act that way, but, I just can't justify labeling a whole race, due to some bad apples. see, we aren't that different after all!
