Vigilante residents wield their rifles as they block their street in Florida to guard against looters

A group of residents including children held rifles and other weapons as they blocked their road to 'guard it from looters'.

Footage of the group, who were standing next to their cars to block the street, was posted on website LiveLeak and appears to have been filmed in Belleview, Florida.

The residents were allegedly guarding their street to stop looters after stores in many parts of the country were raided during nationwide unrest caused by the death of black man George Floyd.

  3. Fantastic. Let these rioters backed by Democrats, Soros, Bloomberg and their entities know that the US citizens will not retreat and let them take over and destroy.

I am locked and loaded waiting for these terrorist / criminals come and attempt to take / destroy my property.

  4. Hod Bless all of them. The police are spread thin, trying to cover the protestors, business areas, in addition to all the "normal" calls (accidents, break ins, domestic issues etc) so the LAW ABIDING citizen needs to STEP UP and not expect someone else to protect their neighborhood. I commend them

  5. I live 23 miles from Belleview and can assure you that this is true. Remember, Lake County, Florida was the first county in the nation to declare itself a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary and Belleview is in Marion County, about 5 miles up from Lake County. We don't fool around down here.

    5. 11:22 and YOU would do WHAT...if your property (if you even own or have worked for years to own property ) was threatened? Would YOU defend it, or would you call the cops, knowing their overwhelmed? I and MANY other Law abiding, responsible, hard working citizens WILL and have every right to protect what's ours from Punk Thugs, whom have NO intention of obeying the law. Now how bout you go back to making yer protest signs.

  12. This has been going on all over outside the big cities. It happened at a town in CA also and I saw a video of about 50 miles outside of Minneapolis some people saw people filling up lots of gas cans put that out along with the address on social media. In less then 5 minutes the pick ups were rolling into the gas station and they took all the cans and ran the people out of the town. They said the tags had been removed from the beat up Ford explorer so they couldn't get tag #. Removing tags is a common thing with the trouble makers coming in. They get away from the gas stations and put them back on then when they get to the cites they remove them again.

  13. The Latin gangs in Chicago took to the streets to protect from the looters They were ramming their trucks into the looters cars and even shot and killed a few looter. A lot of it was being live streamed and they were saying F looter N's. The videos are out there for people to see.

  14. Kudos to them. The real issue is when they attempt to stop/detain someone, especially a person of color, who has every right to traverse that public street. These guys have no right to detain anyone legally traveling on that street and sure as hell don't have the authority to make someone answer their questions. So guess what happens when someone is coming over to visit a family member/friend and that person doesn't comply with the group's demands? Now you'll have an even bigger riot and these guys will deserve all the negative back lash they get.

  15. vig·i·lan·te
    /ˌvijəˈlan(t)ē/

    noun
a member of a self-appointed group of citizens who undertake law enforcement in their community without legal authority, typically because the legal agencies are thought to be inadequate.

Until they actually do something besides standing there with legal weapons, they're vigilant citizens, not vigilante citizens.

  16. 1:58- It's was in Chicago's Cicero neighborhood It's 90 percent Hispanic mostly Mexicans. 3 Percent are African Americans. You know it and I know it any "person of color" going there during all of this is NOT there to visit anyone. Don't be foolish They were there to destroy and steal and burn down buildings and they got their butts handed to them.

  17. 2:20 it's not a question of inadequacy. It's a matter of being stretched thin. That and anywhere near where riots were going on it was impossible to get through to 911.
People have to take this matter in their own hands
May God Bless the Latin Kings and a hedge of protection around them.

    1. You people dont read or comprehend quite well do you? I gave a hypothetical situation that happens in reality. Where was there any mention of carloads of thugs? And funny you guys magically only use that word when it comes to blacks.

  20. I want to know something. Why is it these people only see Floyd's color? How come they do not see, A MAN? What was it exactly, that those officers did that was racist? The knee? No, they do that to whites also. Just because Floyd just happened to be black means nothing either. Just what was it that was seen as racist? I saw NO racism at all.
