Ocean City Maryland Not Very Busy This Memorial Day Weekend

I had noticed very little traffic yesterday/evening coming into OC. This image was taken just a few moments ago. Governor Hogan needs to open the bars and restaurants as in yesterday. He has to be one of the most hated Governors on earth right now. He claims to be a life long small business person and while his companies are making millions, we are all losing millions.

  4. Just went to Waterman's for take out fresh clams since I'm NOT digging in the cold Bay yet....fish yes, toes in water...NEXT MONTH.

Is this memorial day weeeeeeekend?B I mention this because there is zero traffic on 50 or 589.

All bark, zero bite. Plus no one has $$$$$ to pay for a hotel with not restaurants or bars open....you can stay at home like most have and come out later. Extend my off-season fun a few more weeks thank you!!

I would think that would play in OC's favor since it's "educational material" about the 14 day quarantine that is still in place for out of state travelers into DE. That's been lifted in MD. I think it has to do with the bad weather that was foretasted and restaurants being closed except for carry out. I couldn't think of a worse get-a-way then to have to get all you meals and sit on the street or in a hotel room to eat.

  6. Keep the rests. closed till July. So the people won't come down here from the most infected part of the state.
No traffic. No festivals downtown. Love it.
Nice peaceful summer for us that are most vulnerable.

  8. Maybe the good governor should take care of the heavy virus numbers in PG and Montgomery Counties and cut is free. Isn’t that how they want it done, small steps?

  11. Hogan and Meehan does not have the BA!!$ to do anything to stop this virus contamination. They have received their Government money for their businesses along with their "ELITE" group

  13. 6:18 The Bay Bridge is backed up everyday at certain times and the picture was one of those times. It's because it goes down to 2 lanes and it's rush hour
