    obviously maryland doesn`t think all workers are essential because they closed the courts and the DMV, so i`m wondering why non essential state employees,like those that work in the courts and at the DMV get paid so much and get such good taxpayer funded benefits? by closing the courts and the DMV hasn`t the governor basically admitted that non essential state employees are being over compensated?
