The judge overseeing the case of fired national security advisor Mike Flynn revealed Tuesday that the case is not dead yet – and issued an invitation for 'friend of the court' briefs in the explosive matter.
U.S. District Judge Judge Emmet Sullivan in a minute order issued Tuesday wrote that 'given the current posture of this case, the court anticipates that individuals and organizations will seek leave of the court to file amicus curiae briefs ...'
He made the statement after the Justice Department made the stunning decision to reverse its position and said last week would no longer prosecute Flynn.

Very fishy. A lot of stench coming from the left wingers.
ReplyDeleteYet he refused 24 times for Flynn to have anyone testify/ file amicus brief
ReplyDeleteHe’s a lefty judge that wants to imprison an innocent man
ReplyDeleteI'm no Lawyer, but how can you not dismiss a case when the Justice Department will no longer prosecute it?
ReplyDeleteBecause they are so desperate to"get" Flynn, because he wouldn't play ball with them..was going to undo the damage that Obama did... Obama and company knew they were screwed, so go after Flynn was only option...the judge even said he should be tried for treason and executed...my guess is that judge is IN on it too!
DeleteI wouldn’t think so. Scary stuff
DeleteHe is saying and doing exactly what he is told to say and do. His handlers are intelligence assets. Intelligence runs the government.
ReplyDeleteWe need a Civil war on Dems.
ReplyDeleteAlready this morning? Can you give that a break until lunch time.
DeleteNO BREAK FOR REASON KID.
DeleteNO BREAK FOR TREASON KID.
DeleteResearch the 6th Circuit where they handed down a ruling, 2 years ago, that justifies the DOJ to dismiss the charges. This shows these liberal Democrat Judges do not know the law and rulings concerning the cases they have before them. Proves they are incompetent and does not follow the law but rules by politics.
ReplyDeleteis he being blackmailed like so many of the left?
ReplyDeleteHe stopped providing dirt on Trump . Flynn gets out. Duh!!
ReplyDeleteThis judge is akin to the Dutch boy who stuck his finger in the dam to save the town.None of us can imagine how much gravity he has in this situation.
